By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be of legal age to order, and you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you give us — we deliver to the address as entered.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and for fresh orders when the kitchen accepts it. Until then we may decline it — most often because an item has just sold out, we cannot reach your pincode, or we cannot make the promised time.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The tax is shown as a separate line on your invoice, as the law requires.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue any product or the service itself at any time. Nothing changes after you have paid: the price you saw at checkout is the price of your order.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment gateway. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order rather than silently charging you the corrected price.

We try to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Product images are representative.

Everything we make is tobacco-free and supari-free. It is prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy and gluten, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of those traces.

Ingredients are listed on every product page. If you have an allergy, read it before you order and ask us if anything is unclear — we would much rather answer the question.

Fresh items are best eaten within a few hours of delivery. Sealed items carry a best-before date on the pack. We are not responsible for items stored contrary to the instructions on them.

These are set out in full in the shipping & delivery policy and the cancellation, returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms. In particular, we operate a strict no-return, no-refund and no-exchange policy, with a documented exception for damaged or incorrect items.

You may not use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone, to submit false information, or to upload or transmit viruses or any other code that will affect the functionality of the service.

We may suspend an account used fraudulently, to abuse discount codes, or to harass our staff or delivery partners.

Your account is tied to your phone number and is yours alone. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive its messages can sign in as you. Tell us immediately if you lose control of it.

Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be redeemed against orders on this site. Points earned on an order that is later refunded are reversed. We may change the earn and redemption rates with notice on this site, but points you have already earned are not taken away by such a change.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions except as expressly stated here.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Indian law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

These terms of service, and any separate agreements by which we provide you services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra — where the company is registered — have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
